Payment & Refund Policy for Headshot Sessions

This page outlines the payment and refund policy for headshot sessions with Sage Causie Photography.

Payment:

  • Full payment is required upfront to secure your headshot session. This ensures a smooth booking process and allows us to dedicate our full attention to delivering exceptional results for your session.

Refunds:

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations for no-shows.

Please note:

  • Late Arrivals:

    • Please be on time for your scheduled session. Studio time is booked specifically for your chosen slot, and late arrivals will have their session time adjusted accordingly.

    • For example, if you arrive 30 minutes late for your 1-hour session, you will only have the remaining 30 minutes for your shoot.

    • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, as the studio time cannot be filled on such short notice.

We require full payment upfront for several reasons:

  • Efficiency: It streamlines the booking process and eliminates the need for chasing payments, allowing us to focus on delivering a seamless photography experience.

  • Preparation: Full payment ensures we can allocate the necessary time and resources to prepare for your session, including studio setup and image editing.
