My photographic journey changed from me shooting only for the sake of shooting to me shooting deliberately. I was a beginner when I first started, getting so many no's before I finally understood that all I needed was my own approval and to believe in myself; everything else would come naturally.
My most recent projects have shifted their emphasis to intentionally sharing stories and partnering with companies who wish to support communities that lack the resources to communicate their tales.

My greatest inspiration comes from observing others as they follow their passions and thrive in their fields.
Among the creatives who motivate me to be innovative in what I do are Tyler the Creator, Kanye West, and Issa Rae. In the latest "Ye" documentary, a reporter asked Kanye after he won a grammy, "Would you have believed it if someone had told you years ago that you would win a grammy?" Kanye's response was "I believed it, the proplem is no one else did."
I believe that you should put everything into anything you do because you never know where it can go. Hard work and perseverance are guaranteed to lead to success, thus meticulously planned photo shoots will never fail to disappoint their audience.
